Snow really does hinder a lot of free mobility in the city. Street parking is full with mounds of snow and
unbrushed cars, and the sidewalks are halfway shoveled. Riding your bike poses a great hazard to your personal
safety, and walking requires special attire (basically some kind of boot).
As delighted as I am for a December 1st snow, it makes my 5 minute commute a treacherous 15 minutes.
